Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you submit our reservation form we collect your name, phone number, email address, requested dates, delivery/pickup addresses, and any notes you include. That's it. We don't require accounts and we don't buy data about you.

How we use it

To run your rental: confirming availability, coordinating delivery and pickup, sending your invoice or payment link, and responding to your questions. If you check the optional box on the booking form, we may also send you occasional offers and moving tips by email or text. You can unsubscribe or reply STOP at any time.

Who we share it with

Your information is shared only with the service providers needed to operate: our web hosting provider and our payment processor. We never sell or rent your personal information.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visitor traffic (pages viewed, how visitors found us, and whether a booking request was submitted). Google Analytics sets cookies and receives standard web request data; see Google's privacy policy for details. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Our map is served by OpenStreetMap and fonts by Google Fonts, which also receive standard web request data when the page loads.

Data retention & your rights

We keep booking records for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us at any time to see or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@stackandtote.com.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
